Do we ever have to get on a call?
No. Briefs, quotes, drafts, revisions, invoices, and handover all run by email, and every one of them is designed to work that way rather than tolerated. If you would rather talk, ask for a time and we will send one back the same day, but nothing about the process depends on it.
Why is $299 so much less than other quotes?
Because there is no sales team, no account manager, and no office to pay for. Agencies charging $5,000 for a five-page site are not spending that on the build. The site you get is custom, hand-built, and fast. What you are not paying for is the overhead.
What if I already have a website?
Send us the address. If it works and just needs to be faster or easier to find, we will tell you that and quote the fix instead of a rebuild. If it is built on something that cannot be saved, we will say that too, and explain why.
Are the Spanish pages machine-translated?
Yes. Spanish pages are written, not machine-translated, and they are real pages with their own addresses so people can share them and Google can index them. This site is built exactly that way.
How do I pay?
Half up front, half at launch, on projects. Monthly services bill on the first. Invoices arrive by email with a card or bank transfer link, so you never have to hand payment details to a person.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few days of you approving the quote. Most small-business sites go live about a week after we have your photos and content. Getting the content together is almost always the longest part.
