What it actually sounds like

You fill that in through a written intake form, so it takes you about twenty minutes and no meeting. After launch you'll catch things it handled badly. Send them over. Tuning is included in the monthly, and the first month is where most of it happens.
Being straight about the limits
This is not a replacement for you. It's a replacement for voicemail. It's good at intake, scheduling, and answering the same eight questions forever. It is not good at negotiating, quoting complex jobs, or handling an upset customer, and those get routed to you on purpose. Anyone selling it as more than that is selling you something.
